From what I just read on their website, thay have evidently changed the way they number their shocks, and from that, I'm gathering that the "3" means it is a 50-50 shock, with a "3" valving both ways, maybe you can put in the serial numbers, and get the actual valving from Pro. Musta thought it was broke, so they "fixed" it! Bob
