Over the years, I have come up with a very easy first time set up proceedure that will work on most open wheel cars. Take 2, 2x4's, about 36" long, and slide them under the lower frame rail, so the chassis will contact them front and rear the same, as you let it down. Do what ever you need to do, moving stops, or whatever, to get the chassis so it just touches these 2x4's, sitting on edge. Now, slide them out, and put one turn IN the RF, and take one turn OUT of the left rear, and you have a simple, basic setup to start with, when you feel like you have a good starting point, then take some 2x4 blocks, and saw them to fit between the rear axle and chassis, and the same with the front axle and chassis, now with a few minor tweeks with stagger, and cross weight, you should have a car that will make you comfortable enough to hammer it, and see what else it needs.
