What a pair of great features we got to see after a rain delay. In the past the towel would have been thrown in once it started to rain, but not last night, they kept with it,and we got treated to great features,as the end result.

In the beginning of the night the track looked terrible after hotlaps, but at least they tried to make the track better. In the past a grader on the track trying to improve track conditions was a sight very seldom seen.

So,to everyone at Blomington Speedway, thanks for a great effort last night in trying to improve the track, and after the rain, not giving up. Even after Brian Haydens's flip which damaged the fence, they could have thrown the towel in,but kept the program going, electing just to move fans away from the damaged fence, and keep going.

Thanks for having POWRi in Indiana for their first stop (other than co-sanctioned races here before at Haubstadt) in our State. I travel all over the place to watch POWRi,and they always put on a good show. When I saw the Bloomington and Haubstadt stops on the schedule, they both were added to my have to see races list for this season. I hope they get a few more races scheduled in Indiana down the road.

Again, thanks for soldiering on last night Bloomington Speedway. Those of us that stayed appreciated your efforts.
