At last! While the motor builder may be a scumbag, he has the right to run his place of business. One cannot take the law into their own hands. There are courts, laws, and ways to deal with anyone that cheats you. Like Jerry says, all that the guys that went there did was open themselves up to a LOT of potential issues.
I have no dog in this fight, either, but taking the law into your own hands just ain't right....and if the motor guy is really as dishonest as some say, why don't some of you have the nerve to name him, if only to protect others from his shady dealings? Or are you afraid of a lawsuit? It's hard to be sued if you state facts, not innuendo.....
