I don't mind support classes at all. On that note, they are part of the reason it is difficult to bring in new fans. I take friends with me to a race that have never been a handful of times a year. When I take them to a race that's just 2 maybe 3 classes they can somewhat keep up and understand what's going on. When you get to the 4+ classes they're lost, especially when 2 are virtually the same in appearance(super stocks & bombers) I know the difference but a noobie won't. And I can't count how many time I've heard "aren't these the same ones we just watched?". I do my best to educate them before we get there and let them know what is racing when. But these people are other sport fans I'm trying to bring in and it's extremely difficult. I've even been told, "I don't have to watch a pee-wee football game when I go to an NFL game". Either way I could care less, this is my rant for the morning bring on the nay sayers!
