Thanks to all for the birthday wishes for Earlene. We did have a good dinner and an enjoyable visit with my cousin, (who felt that I spent way too much money). I've never had a root canal, so I can't relate. I've heard some people describe them as a piece of cake, and others tell some real horror stories.
Earlene is not one to complain a lot; the last time she had a root canal she went with me to the Indiana Sprint Week race at Boswell right after arriving home from having the procedure. Doubt if I could do that.
