Two years ago USAC and STARS co sanctioned a pavement race at Grundy Co. Stars age requirement was 14 also, but USAC did not allow younger drivers to compete in this race. Maybe things have changed in this short amount of time, and car counts have forced USAC to change their stance. Maybe not?
