E-Gads! Another birthday. I'm getting older but I stay grounded. If I think it might bother me I think of Mark, my childhood friend who didn't have much of a chance at life, thanks to the big C at 16. I'm sure if he could he would have no problem switching with me so I'm okay with more birthdays. Bring 'em on.

My birthday today consisted of 8-1/2 hours of work. I’m not complaining because I enjoy what I do. I went home to my welcoming committee which is two overzealous dachshunds. My dinner consisted of a LaRosas Veggie pizza (It's a Catholic thing doggoneit)and a postponement of my birthday until Sunday by Mary. She’s my wife and she can do these things. I’m sure dinner at O’Charley’s is on the agenda in a couple days. I have no complaints about that. This brings me to typing on the laptop.

-Marv, you are not being completely honest. Last time we headed to Eldora I made it to Indiana SR 1 before I fell asleep. That’s 2 miles from your house and my personal best.

-Mike and Charles I did enjoy the sun and I don’t miss the snow that WAS here yesterday.

-Danny. You’re not so old yourself. Can't wait for your next article.

-RacinBabe. You are crazy too but hey, it’s all good.

-Chris, I wouldn’t mind if you beeped 39 times.

-Dan and Dave. I’ll be waiting for you under the big A.

-David and Manzy, hope you can come West and East respectively, at least for Sprint Week.

Thanks one and all for the Birthday wishes. I can’t wait to see my second family again very soon.

-Gregg
