Just like a lot of people, I tend to have those "big ideas" that can't miss..... If only I had a gazzilion $'s to do it.

I'll share one (since I will personally never have the $ to do it) . But! before I do, I want to tell that person who has the gazzilion $'s to invest in it.... I want to run it AND promote it!!

Bill Simpson bought all that property right across the street from I.R.P. (yes, I said I.R.P.). Then proceeded to do nothing with it, but put it up for sale.

That location would be an ideal place for a dirt track, for the immediate Indianapolis area!

I could go on about the hundreds reasons it would be great, and do well, but most can figure that out.
