I believe the poster said NON - winged. Yes, at Williams Grove it is 3,400, or 3,600 (can't remember) to win, plus the winner gets to roll a dice and possibly earn more money, or gift cards. And yes the further back they start, (6th or 7th row), they earn an extra amount. Central PA pays very well for weekly races. Only thing is, they have a crutch.
