Even though those are really good photos, until you see the new Burg in person, you really have no idea how much has been done there. How it's NOTHING AT ALL like the old Burg. I had seen others post to that effect, but was really blown away when I saw it in person. The things that especially stand out are:

1) Just how high banked it is now. It will be in Eldora's class, in terms of banking.

2) The sheer amount of the Earth's surface that has been relocated there. The top of the turns are literally as high, if not higher, than the top of the grandstands that were in the turns.

I'm not commenting on what I think the quality of racing will be. Just the "Day and Night" difference between new and old. And it is stark. Check it out for yourself. It was worth the trip for us.
