A bowtie block is around 70-80 lbs heavier than an average weight aluminum block. A Dart Block is closer to 100 lbs or more heavier than an average weight aluminum block. If either the steel or aluminum blocks have been lightened, that gap closes up or could increase depending on which block has been lightened and how much.
A good 410 can make 850 to over 900 horse depending on whose dyno you put it on. A good 360 can make around 700 with ASCS heads to 800 range with Open Heads. A good 410 will always make more torque than a 360 motor.
Well I have seen both 410s and 360s in various price ranges. It all depends on how new, how fresh, and what kind of parts are in the motor.
