I am sure you have thought of this but maybe you could schedule this with another big racing event in Indy in the coming years. Maybe with the Thanksgiving Auction, IMIS show, the shows in January. Something that has already pulled the people to Indy for you. Let the other shows do the work of getting the people to the area then take advantage of it.
Also on the IOW page on my phone it does not show this post about the banquet. Does HARF have a facebook page. Those are easy and simple to get quick, free advertising.
Anyways we appreciate everything that HARF does for the sport and if I can help out in anyway please let me know.
