I question this tie, and I wish USAC could explain. Chase went into the final night three points ahead of Robert. Chase finished one spot better in his heat than Robert. Chase was second and Robert was third. Then in the feature Robert finished 8th and Chase was 9th. There is supposed to be a two point difference in feature position. Without even counting the heat points, which would be in CHases favor, this would leave him one point up on Robert for sixth. If point heats were counted it would be more than one. Go figure!
