Responding to repeated complaints from fans about not being able to see the driver, the FIA today unveiled the Formula One Driver Visibility chassis design, mandated for all manufacturers in 2013. FODV is shown in this spy photograph of the Scuderia Yellow Deer prototype, also seen with an all new aerodynamics package, undergoing testing at an undisclosed location in southern Italy. The SYD prototype, model JD, is said to be fitted with zero-turning radius steering, which promises to have a dramatic impact on cornering ability.
