We chased the SET Racing EcoTecs all season in the Illini Racing Series. They have a nice web site and will sell whatever part of the package you want or need. It isn't as sophisticated as the Revolution deal but being able to start with a $400/$700 junkyard motor is helpful.
We plan to race a "junkyard" Honda next year but seriously considered the EcoTec.
