My first sprint car was an 81 Shores.... I am no expert on the years of his cars at all but I feel pretty confident in saying yours is from the mid seventies,.. One thing I hated about his chasis was it was so hard to get the rear end in and out of the chassis,... so we made a removable section on each lower frame rail we could take out and remove or install the rear end then bolt the section back in place,...I loved the look of the car, but was glad to go to a J&J
