That's fine go wingless with this mini sprint. Oh wait they already have those they're called midgets. Exactly the same car as we are talking about but without the wing.
There is a series in northwest IN northeast IL called the Illini midgets where they are all older cars and motors and have regulations to make it fair and competitive for all kinds of motors including the focus. They race on pavement and dirt with the same tires. If you want to run a cheaper midget then that would be the place to go.
See there's a spot for this car instead of trying to turn an entire class upside down.
