So what you are suggesting is that if you take a prescription narcotic with a prescription you should be able to drive, if you take one without the prescription then you shouldn't be able to drive. I am thinking that if you are taking one of these meds listed with or without a script you should not be able to drive. There are several meds on the list that do not require a script, and several on the list are not listed as their common brand name. Some cold medicines, sleep aids, anxiety medications.
