At least 1 more season with the bullring inside the paved track should give a better measure of what would be good to do with a dirt track at Plymouth.
History has proven time and time again that the best thing for healthy racing is a high concentration of tracks. Look at Iowa for example...

If they don't run UMP Modifieds weekly, then Saturday would be a very viable option. I'm not sure if UMP would allow another track to run weekly Mods so close to Shady Hill.

Another season with more races on the schedule is indeed needed before any serious changes.
