With Lucas Oil taking over naming rights to the joint and the fact that they lost the Nascar races, there was a rumor floating around that they were tossing around the idea of packing the oval in dirt for a Lucas Oil DLM show much like they added dirt to the drag strip service road for a Lucas Oil Pulling event.
