Here is the solution. We get the General Assembly to not only repeal the Daylight Savings Time law but enact IST, Indiana Sprintcar Time. Indiana Sprintcar Time would move all clocks in the state back two hours from where they presently are. Nothing else really matters, what could possibly be more important than sprint car racing.
