Tulsa also has a paved road crossing the track to the infield at the end of the front stretch going into one. The infield is 100% asphalt and is used for parking.
I think they got mad a couple of years ago when me, and a light bulb repairman from Rockford IL hot lapped the track one night in the Bell Helmet van.
