Ah, made it home, got some sleep, and to work on time.
It was a great night of racing, and Alex Shanks drove a great race. He ran second all night behind Moughan, waiting for an opportunity. Lapped traffic helped him close the gap several times, but the pass was made in 1 and 2 on the bottom on the white flag lap when Moughan went to the bottom to avoid lappers, and Shanks followed. Moughan went in a little too hot, slid up just a bit, and Shanks got it to stick for the pass and the victory. Just a great race.
And, how fitting that the Amati team win on "Dean Shirley" night.
