Looked like it was going to be a huggypole parade led by Weir thru the 1st 22 or so laps. Coons Gulick and others tried the top with little success. On the restart it looked like the bottom had slicked off a bit and Weir spun his tires allowing Darland to sweep by on the top followed by Coons a lap later, Gulick went back to the top and passed about 5 cars. Another bad break for Weir he flattened a tire in turn 4 on the last lap and fell from 3rd to around 8th.
