I had a friend take this by Steve's shop about 10 years ago to sign.
He just stared at it for a while and said "this is somewhere in Ohio in '79 or '80" He also stated it was Denny Mitchell's #2 chassis, #1 being in the Knoxville Hall of Fame. It is a Gary McKisson photo. I am guessing Wayne County Speedway. Can anybody confirm that or provide any other info??
