Wow, a sick feeling in my abdomen area hit like a lightning bolt when I read the thread subject. It took my feeble mind about 15-20 seconds to finally remember it's April Fools Day.
One thing is for sure, if word gets around as to how exciting The PAS A-main Saturday night (March 31st) was and if the USAC/CRA boys put on another show or two this season anywhere near as good as that one Saturday The PAS shouldn't have any problem getting above break even crowds.
That was one great feature race. While watching the last half of Saturdays A-main on the internet my wife believed I was going crazy, and I reckon I was. Prolly woke the neighbors up with my hollerin' and they're a half mile away.
Big tip of the hat to the video staff, to Scott for his great PA work, to The PAS track staff for running a tight show on a wonderfully prepared racetrack and last but not least to the teams and drivers for the endless hours of toil and money they expend getting the racecars in shape to be able to put on a show like they did last night.
Oh, and the seniors put on a he!! of a show, too!
