I always have someone stand on the nerf bars one side at a time and then check it... alot of times even it using all brand new stuff and perfectly square it will be tight either on the ground or with a "load" on it... Turning you RR Rad. Rod in a 1/2 to full turn will free it all up most of the time. You probly have either a wore out ball/ housing, bent torque tube, or bent snout... make sure to mark you housing ring and put it in the same spot as well as your torque tube everytime!
