George Harbour was one of my heroes as a kid! He, Bob Carico, Junior Smalley, Pappy Singleton, ........ my earliest memories of life itself is sitting in the bleachers at Atomic or Southern and watching the sprints! My parents were actually late model fans and they had no clue what effect those sprints were having on me, haha.

I met Bob Carico in a college class in 1996 and when I bought my first sprint car later that year, Bob started helping me out. As bad as I hate to admit it, I'm not sure what happened to Bob. He disappeared on me over a year ago and went back to his hometown.
