IMHO putting restrictions like this on ARDC teams keeps the sport of midget racing competitive and somewhat affordable, which some have stated themselves. But my question is, and its not directly related to these rules, but is the 34 CI difference between the steel motor and the alum motor enough to make the steel motors competitive?
