Why would one allow one style car a 10% to 15% left side weight advantage? It got so bad in the east coast modifides they had a left side weight rule in place. The midget rear end is set up for a 1" left side offset motor, from the center of the crank to the center of the sprocket is going to be 8 to10 inches or about 9 to 11 inches total offset that would put the crank c/L real close to the left side frame rail and with the motor setting at 30 degrees the cyl head will be way out side the chassis. In reality they will probably need all the help they can get, but rules also need to be consistent and not skewed too much.
