Thanks for the words of support, guys. We are still on track to begin shipping books sometime between Nov. 7 and 15.
I'm anxious to get this book out there because it's different than any book I've done. Writing the "Best of Times" series has been one of the most enjoyable experiences of my career, and it feels great when SCM readers tell us they enjoy reading about Jimmy.
