I know of two at least in NASCAR @ Talladega. Rusty Wallace and Carl Edwards both coming off of the tri-oval. Wallace ended up in the infield while Edwards was in the catch fence. And longer ago, Richard Petty was quite the show as well taking out a rather large section of catch fence there.
