Personally it a nice idea...sweet...LOL and considerate, but kids
have been trying to drive sprint cars and midgets for years under-age
and have right! They even go through great lengths to do it legally,
with all the correct paperwork..right?
And some tracks like the one in Arizona have let a few very young
kids drive midgets in their series at a very low age, maybe even too
young.
Some people just lie and create false, illegal documents. Kind
of the American way. If you can't do it leagally you lie. Everybody
kind of shines their heads and bows to the fact, "Oh what the heck",
who cares it's not my kid or my life and I'm not driving.
This question has been on XM radio for a couple days now.
And Clair has asked a lot of prominent people in Nascar thier views.
Now, I hope I get this name right. But I want to say this one engine
builder went to the Chillibowl. Kind out of character. He's a nascar guy.
And I want to say he mentioned the name Bacon. He said that kid
is ready.
