If the car owner wants to take a chance on an 18 year old I say let him. The kids old enough to hold a gun and go to jail, why tell him he can't race. More rules, thats what racing needs.....Z-MAN
That owner is not only taking a chance with his equipment and the kid's health but, the equipment and well being of 42 others on the track as well. I think 21 at the upper levels of motorsport is a great idea.
