It is listed on the Du Quoin State Fair website, here's the link http://www.agr.state.il.us/dq/?pg=140 It's shown as POWERi National Midgets. The POWERi website makes no mention of it, though. Don't know what to make of that. I'm sure someone here knows the details.

It was broadcast on the internet as a PPV event last year. It was a pretty good show and not much else in the way of motorsports is going on throughout the country at that time. It's a nice little dirt track they build in the SIC. We went to some midget races in this building during the Du Quoin State Fair several years ago and those were pretty good shows as well. Wish they still ran the indoor midgets during Fair, we really enjoyed those, too.

Hopefully we'll be able to make it down to Du Quoin again for this years show, it was worth the drive. If not I hope they offer it on PPV again. Either way it's good entertainment on a cold December night.
