With the UNMITIGATED traffic disaster of the I64 bridge shutdown, you are looking at a 6 hour minimum drive either way you go. That is if you go by the posted speed limit.

The route through Louisville would normally be the quickest, if it weren't for the detour and traffic nightmare in Louisville. It is a total freakin' mess, worst detour I have ever seen.

There is construction in both Indy and Terre Haute, but in my opinion, 70 west to 41 south would be by FAR the quickest and best route unless you plan on going through Louisville at 3am.

You can do a Google map from Columbus to Haubstadt with either of the two routes, but don't forget to add a minimum of an hour getting through Louisville, IF YOU ARE LUCKY!
