I think the rev limiter rule was one that was probably conceived with good intentions, but it has turned pout to be a total disaster. Like they say "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."
This race was in an area, with nothing else going on, that would have gotten some support. Some, but not a lot. Some, in this case, would have helped. And why did Badger adopt the same rev limiter rule, right after USAC did, if they didn't plan on supporting the events in the area. Was it just for the Pepsi Nationals and Corn Fest?
