I completely agree with what you said,driving around the track with heavy tractors and water truck for ever just completely squash's all the water to the top then taking the blade to it to scrap what moisture was laying on top is just plain dumb.

But you can't say that because it was a day race that was what caused the problems,it was caused by someone's poor decisions.
