Not 100% on what I heard, but what I did hear, it isn't as simple as the fair board wanting to sell the land. (don't ask what I heard, as I don't want to spread rumors that are very specific and could be untrue) There could be provisions in the occasion the fair board wants to sell it that they can't. I hope there is, but there is only a few people who know for sure.
