Late Models are without a doubt legitimate race cars and yes, are capable of putting on great shows for their fans. But, unless one of my two friends that drive them is running, I'm just not particularly interested in that type of racing (that doesn't make them "horrible"). That being the case, I come to an "OPENWHEEL" site to discuss "OPENWHEEL" racing............BTW I have been to a few late model races over the years. In fact, I promoted late model races the 3 years that I had Lawrenceburg Speedway and there were some great races between Gary Herbert, Charlie Sentmann, Ross Smith, Dan Rink, Dan Polking, Vern Lefevre et. al.
