Agreed Jerry. All the weatherman has to do is say it is going to rain, and lately he has been correct about 80% of the time. Making the long trek from Toledo to Paragon yesterday, we saw just how much rain has fallen.
When we hit Indy yesterday it was pouring down rain. I thought we would be done as far as racing goes and then about 5 miles north of Martinsville it quit. When we got to Paragon the western sky was blue and clear and we were fortunate to be able to see some good dirt track racing.
I had planned on hitting both Winchester and Kokomo today but it isn't looking good right now. Promoters have to be pulling their hair out trying to get shows in. Many have been cancelled and I am afraid that many more will fall victim as well.
