yes it was. any other time nascrap would have put the yellow out when the 31 spun. but not when the 88 was leading. lol . but i was shocked they did not put the yellow out when they saw him running out of gas. lol i wish jr would win one soon i feel bad for the guy . but i bet he will not feel as bad as the jr at indy when he wakes up tomorow.
