I have to admit, when I saw the car go into the wall, an internal clock started clicking and about the time the yellow was supposed to be thrown, it wasn't.

And I see everybodys argument, and I digress -I LIKE IT WHEN AMERICANS OF THE UNITED STATES WIN!

But let's be honest, if this scenario had happened in the 1960's- Dan Wheldon would still have won, plain and simple. Before the line, one mans misfortune is anothers victory. NASCAR came up with this 'yellow, freeze the field' deal, and it has been safer ........but it kinda watered the show down for me a bit.
