Actually TQ97, that sunday afternoon-early evening suggestion was to save the "minis" some serious torture! We raced go-karts over there for years and to wait 2hrs while 15 different motorcycle classes (some redundant!!) run before you get to go out for your 3 minute heat race is pure torture!! I'm serious, that's what I was thinking with regard to sunday afternoon. You don't want to race there on a friday night. BELIEVE ME! LOL As for "dissing" your sport? It wasn't meant to be a diss. I just can't make myself like something I simply don't like. On a similar note, I have both friends and relatives who could care less about sprint car racing (or racing in general) and wouldn't come down to watch us run if it was free. I don't consider them, or their opinions, as being disrespectful. They simply aren't interested, don't lik'em. Simple as that. Why should I consider their tastes in entertainment disrespectful simply because they don't have the same passion as I do for racing?
