That is the Boz sprint cars for rFactor. They have a non-wing car public beta test out right now. They are working on getting proper non-wing models into the game as we speak. They have a thread in the forums at Boz Racing, detailing their progress with pictures of their work so far. The non-wing cars are awesome.
You can follow the progress of the non-wing cars at the link below, but you should check out the entire thread to see just how much work they put in on these things for us guys who can't run these for real. The non-wing cars start about halfway down page 3.

Thanks For that info cause I had no clue how he done it I just know I was talking to him on facebook telling him what I wanted. I showed him Clayton's Design so He could make it different than his and about a hour or so he had it done! If anyone wants some designs made he wants to help cheap prices so he can make some money so he can go racing too!
