Well, unlimited budget huh ? First off it would be 1 million to the winner. Think of it in the realm of other sports and thats nothin. Mine would be a open national type event, held over the course of a week or slightly less and every night would pay big. No rule 410s, except for weight limit, and the safety stuff. I shouldnt have to say it, but nonwing of course. The top point earner thru the week gets a 100,000.00 bonus and the oppourtunity to start last.
