run them on a 1/5 mile or smaller. Period. 1/4 and up is a terrible show.
Not to offend anyone who enjoys the things but, I simply don't know anyone (personally) that enjoyed them at Lawrenceburg with the exception of a few pure racing fans and those directly involved with a car. Now that the track is going to be even bigger it's going to be worse. I'm really disappointed that Dave scheduled 15 shows with either AMSA or UMRA. I understand that Watson Sand & Gravel "may" have had some influence on the decision to run them fairly regularly last year and in the future. I had heard that from a fairly knowledgeable source, although, it was second hand information. Only Dave knows for sure. Oh well, I'll get over it as long as they're running sprinters and not running more than 3 classes.
