Yep Frank!!...but won't be long b4 the heat here will be almost unbearable...thats why most snowbirds here already have headed for the high cool cntry!!.....i'm here all yr.(prop.upkeep) for now!!..as my Bro/wife head out in 5th wheel for cooler climates......
