I can never recall any newspaper, magazine, etc. that went out of business ever refund subscription payment no matter how long the subscription is for. I never subscribe more than a year because of this reason.

Last year both RPM Racing News and Mid-America went out of business and both made sure their subscribers were taken care of with subs to fulfil their obligations to NSSN and Area Auto Racing News. But, I think subscribers will have to eat this one.
